In this work, a covalent organic framework containing triazine ring and imine bond was synthesized and used as a coating for solid-phase microextraction. The prepared material was characterized by FE-SEM, FT-IR, and TGA techniques. Molinate herbicide was selected as model compound to study the extraction ability of the sorbent. The effects of different parameters on the extraction efficiency including sample pH, stirring rate, ionic strength, extraction temperature, desorption temperature and extraction time were investigated. The extracted analyte was thermally desorbed in the injection port of ion mobility spectrometry with corona ionization source. Under the optimized conditions, linear rang of 2/0-70 ?g L -1 with detection limit of 0.6 ?g L -1 were obtained. The method was applied for the analysis of water samples with relative recoveries in the range of 96-108 %.
