: The purpose of this research is to determine the factors affecting effectiveness of agricultural education courses in the agricultural cooperatives in Isfahan province, Iran . This research is an applied one and the analysis was carried out using correlation methods. The study area of this research was divided into two groups of teachers and students of the courses presented by Isfahan cooperative department. The courses were presented in three major fields of agronomy, animal husbandry, and horticulture. Sample size contained 150 students that were selected from 975 total students and by using Kukran formula. The 150 students were distributed among the students of agronomy, animal husbandry, and horticulture on the basis of their relative size in the study area. Teachers’ sample contained 35 ones and they were those who could be reached by the researcher, access to all of the teachers was not available and practically selecting random sample was not possible. The results showed that the degree of effectiveness for different courses differs from both teachers’ and the students’ points of view. Also, from the students’ point of view, the effectiveness of agronomy courses differed among the townships but from the teachers’ point of view the effectiveness of the animal husbandry and horticultural courses differed among the townships. In all, effectiveness of the courses was higher in teachers’ point of view than that of the students.
