Agropyron intermedium of the family Graminea and Sanguisorba minor L. of the family Rosaceae Semi-steppe rangeland species important part of the country. Knowledge of the conditions of growth and germination of plants in rangelands improvement project is very necessary. This study aimed to investigate the effect of heat and drought stress on germination. Agropyron intermedium and Sanguisorba minor L. in a completely randomized design with 6 levels of heat stress (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 ° C) with four replications and 6 levels of drought stress (zero (control), -2, -4, -6, 08 and -10 bar) with four replications was conducted. Water levels applied in greenhouses, including levels of 0 (control), 25, 50 and 75 percent with four replications. The parameters measured in the laboratory include: root length, shoot length, fresh weight of root and shoot fresh weight, dry weight, root and shoot dry weight was. Traits measured in the greenhouse include: root length, stem length, plant height, number of lateral branches, root and shoot fresh weight and dry weight of root and stem. Laboratory results showed that with increasing levels of drought stress, germination percentage and germination rate significantly decreased the probability of a percent and other traits (root length, shoot length, fresh weight and dry and shoot) also showed a marked decline so that most of the characters in both the control and the lowest percentage of water stress -10 bar Agropyron intermedium and -6 bar in the Sanguisorba minor L. species. The results of the greenhouse also showed significant effects of drought stress on traits % probability level Percent for both species studied so that with increasing stress was reduced from an average of these traits. Heat stress results showed that seeds of species Agropyron intermedium and Sanguisorba minor L. germinate at temperatures below 5 ° C with zero and at temperatures between 15 and 25 ° C is the highest percentage of germination. Heat stress results showed that seeds of species Agropyron intermedium and Sanguisorba minor L. germinate at temperatures below 5 ° C with zero and at temperatures between 15 and 25 ° C is the highest percentage of germination. The temperatures minimum, optimum and maximum respectively, Agropyron intermedium 5/06, 20/3 and 35/6 ° C and for species Sanguisorba minor L. 6/32, 18/7 and 31/05 ° C, respectively.
