Soil is one of the most important factors in producing that effect is much, in human economic and social life.Generally the Earth's surface is covered by soil and other surface sediments.Soil erosion is one of the most important issues and problems that are facing thevarious societies todayand increasing exploitation and mismanagement humanson the natural environment has a huge impact on intensifying the process of degradation and soil erosion. In this study, analysis of the effective parameters, erosion and sediment yield in one of the sub basin of zayanderood watershed, with an area of 21,000 hectares located in Isfahan province using remote sensing and geographic information systems were studied. In this study, various documents, including topography, geology, and vegetation, statistics related to hydrometric stations, rain gauge and satellite imagery was used as a research tool.To estimate the rate of erosion in the study area model (RUSLE) were used in the GIS software.Based on the results of this study, the annual soil erosion in the study area from 0.0005 to 295.52 of on "ha per year" is estimated. The average annual sediment load in the study, is 8.3 "ton per hectare per year" is estimated to be close to the value obtained from gauging stations inoutgoing of Manderjan watershed. The results also showed that topographical factors with the highest coefficient of determination (80.0) have the greatest effect on annual Estimating of soil erosion in the RUSLE.This study confirms the effectiveness of GIS and remote sensing technologies for quantitative estimation of soil erosion and sediment load values.
