Lack of attention to water as the key to sustainable development leading to water crisis in Iran that this is the most important factor to marginalization long-term management and planning of water resources. Assumption to sustainable development policies of water resources management in Iran requires attention to various management areas that each of these applications requires coherent science. However, due to water security of town residents in cases of rain and atmospheric events and at the same time reducing flood occurrence danger in agricultural lands countryside is considered such as elements of municipalities operational management. More land in our country is located earth in the arid and semi-arid belt where rainfall is low and erratic and major section water from rainfall quickly through surface runoff is out of reach. So now tend to be low-cost options and also has increased stability which the main them to rainwater harvesting operations and returns exploitation water of unconventional sources. The aim of this study is to estimate urban runoff in order to use green spaces 6 district of Isfahan City. In this study, to estimate urban runoff have been used two hydrological models: HEC-HMS 3.5 and Civil Storm v8i. The two software was used for simulation process of rainfall-runoff, with use of this two model is estimated amount runoff area and flood volume and GIS software to determine of area physical parameters is used (including area, perimeter, slope, center of gravity). For calculate runoff was used from Rational Method and SCS curve number. The total require daily water demand of green space 6 district of Isfahan municipality is equivalent to 530 m3 based on results of Civil Storm can embedded reservoir to 2000 m3 capacity to store runoff and used to area green spaces irrigate acted study cases. Also resulting runoff from HEC-HMS software was estimated to rate 32.16 mm per unit area.
