The effect of Formaycin, Mucosorb, Anzymit on aflatoxin in the diets of broiler chicken was studies. Frist, aflatoxin was added to the corn. The level of contamination of corn was 37.634 ppm AFB 1 , then the contaminated corn was added to the rest of the diet to reash the aflatoxin contamination of 2 , 4 ppm AFB 1 The experimental treatments were as follow:%2 anzymit, % 0/1 mycosorb,% 0/1 formaycin which added to basal diets. Diet free from aflatoxin, and diets containing aflatoxin were considered as control group. 396 one days old broiler chiken were divided into 36 groups of 11 with similar average weight (41 gr). Each experimental treatmeant was repeated 3 times 21 days. Feed conversion ratio feed intake, total serum protein and relative weight of organs( liver, intestines, heart and gizzard) were estimated. Data were analyzed by SAS program, and means compared with Duncan multiple rang test. Relative weight of organs of chicken fed control diet was significantly (P 0.05), with respect to other diets. Experimental treatment decreased the relative weight of organs in chicks feed by diet containing aflatoxin along with any of the experimental treatments. Aflatoxin also decreased body weight, The feed conversion ratio, total serum protein, LDL, HDL,.GOT, GPT, P, Ca, Albomin, Glubolin, monocyte, Eosinofile, Lymphosite, Cholesterol was worse in chicks fed diets containing aflatoxin. Experimental treatment caused a significant increase in body weight, and caused an improvement in feed conversion ratio and mentioned factors. In the present study, a significant difference (P 0.05) was observed between treatment and control group for relative weight of organ, body weight, and feed conversion ratio. So adding these treatment caused an improvement in negative effect of aflatoxin in broiler chickens. Adding Mycosorb was recognized as the best treatment to decrease the negative effects aflatoxin in the diet, of broiler chicken.
