Considering geographical extensity in Iran that has the possibility of variety of incidents especially earthquake, the country is one of the most vulnerable areas on the earth and many damages, injuries and loss of properties can be seen because of destructive natural force every year. Attention should be paid to the building materials with the highest amount of energy absorption due to earthquake vibrations. One of the newest technologies in concrete making is using different fibers that will increase flexibility while maintaining strength. Our goal in this project is to make concrete with flexibility and more energy absorbing properties. In this project we have studied polypropylene fibers with 0.25%, 0.5%, 1%, 2% and fibers made of EVA with 0.5%, 2% 4% affections. We have examined polyvinyl alcohol fibers made with electrospinning machine in the process of making concrete. In addition, using needle and wicker glass fibers also EVA sheets by two different approaches and by using layered method have been investigated. Also, the samples with 4 centimeters cube-sized were under pressure test, the samples with dimensions of 16x4x4 centimeters were under bending test, the samples with dimensions of 10x10x1 centimeters were under drop weight test, the samples with cylindrical diameter 15 centimeters and height 30 cm were under tensile test and all samples were under SEM test. The results show that as the percentage of fibers increases, the compressive strength will decrease and also flexural strength of beam-shaped specimens will increase with increasing percentage of fibers to the extent that the fibers increase too much in concrete will reduce the density and thus reduce the flexural strength. The tensile strength of the specimens increases with increasing fiber percentage. One of the most important research results is 66% increase in flexural strength in a sample containing 2% EVA fibers and 156% increase in tensile strength in a sample containing 4% EVA fibers. It should be noted that the estimated cost per cubic meter of fiber concrete made by rotating jet method with 2% by weight of EVA fibers is about 3 times than the cost of ordinary concrete, which can be justified according to the application of this study.
