Metal oxides nanostructures have been of great interest recently. They belong to a material stroked="f" filled="f" path="m@4@5l@4@11@9@11@9@5xe" o:preferrelative="t" o:spt="75" coordsize="21600,21600" , and ano particles. For characterizing the synthesis nano particles we used XRD, SEM, TEM, FTIR and magnetic measurements. XRD, TEM and SEM analytical measurements showed that and anoparticles sizes are in 25-50 nm range. As we know cobalt mono oxide,, is unstable and in literature there producing its nano particles have been reported with other impurities, here we developed a novel method to fabricate and stabilize this compound.
