In this thesis studied the properties of strontium ferrite thin films. Strontium ferrite thin films deposited on the substrates ، STO (100)، LiNb (0001) , ZnO (0001) at 800 ° C and the vacuum environment. We used the pulsed laser deposition method (PLD). One of the samples was annealed at room temperature at 1000 ° C for two hours and the annealing effect was investigated. XRD of the samples show that after annealing the crystal orientation of the layer improves, in other words, annealing helps the sample to crystallize. Raman spectra were taken from the samples to better investigate the effect of stress on the layers. In this spectrum, for two substrates observed ، STO (100) compressive stress and substrate ZnO (0001) tensile stress. Also, SEM of the samples show good grow up particle size after annealing and crystallization. In some cases, the SEM images show the orientation of the C axis. The hysteresis loop of the samples was drawn and studied. The sample exhibits good magnetic anisotropy and this anisotropy disappears with annealing. The sample deposited on the substrate ، exhibits good magnetic anisotropy and this anisotropy disappears with annealing. Annealing in all samples increased the coercivity.
