Products of amination, acetamidation and etherificaion are the ones with huge intrests. Catalyst which can make these reactions go ahead simultaneously, are those in point of intrest indeed. Products of such reactions based on the structure and preparation technology of the catalysts can give variety of products. In this study, ethanol and gaseous ammonia were pumped simultaneously to the reactor containing NiO-CoO/ ?-alumina as a catalyst. The reactor’s outcomes were identified and evaluated by GC-MS and GC-FID respectively. N,N-Diethyl acetamide, Diethyl ether, Acetonitrile and Triethyl amine with 39.5±0.6, 34.2±0.4, 12.3±0.7 and 7.6±0.5 as yield percentages were the major products respectively. Due to the gaseous products, conversion of ethanol for this reaction was rated at 99%, which was logical. Catalyst properties were characterized with BET, XRD and FT-IR. The optimization of reaction variables ended in 350 °C, 130 bars for temperature and pressure respectively. Catalyst weight in the reactor and volumic flow rates were 2 gr’s and 0.2 ml/min as the default, due to the prevoius studies.
