In this research, a game-theoretic approach has been used to solve the problems. In the first problem, the results obtained by comparing the attitude proposed in this study with the attitude in the literature show that by using a new attitude toward fairness perception, the retailer can make more profit for itself in situations of information asymmetry and asymmetry, and never faces a negative profit. It is also shown that in a situation where attention to fairness negatively affects the retailer's profit in the attitude in the literature, the new attitude will not only provide a positive profit for the retailer, but also reduce the costs that the supplier incurs because of its asymmetric information
