Ducrosia anethifolia Boiss. is one of the most important medicinal plants that belongs to Apiaceae family. There are three species from this genus in iran including D . anethifolia , D. assadi and D. flabellifolia . Study of inter and intra population diversity can provide new insights on the evolutionary processes and for the establishment of effective and efficient conservation strategy for small and endangered populations. In this study, eight populations and 55 accessions of D . anethifolia were collected from different geographical regions of Iran including South, Center, North-West and South-East. Morphological traits were evaluated in collected regions in three replicates. Results of morphological analysis ). The molecular data was also analyzed using STRUCTURE software and accordingly four groups were determined. 1 (S-FABi-1) and 30 (C-YAAb-1) showed the highest genetic admixture among accessions.
