In this thesis we try to present a differet decomposition of parameter space in terms of parametric subsets and lucky prime ideals. The concepts of Grobner cover and lucky prime ideals and parametric subsets are introduced. Then after the proof of the main theorem of this thesis, we will express the relation of this subject with classical and modern algebraic geometry.
