Mining is considered as one of the main pillars of human development. Working in mine is recognized of the most difficult with many incidents where we see many incidents every year in each mine around the globe. Optimal management of the mine is not only to maximum production but a balance among the “worker’s health and safety” and “environmental health” with “maximum economic benefits”. Therefore, “Risk Assessment and Management” is an effective technique to reach that goal. This study is aimed to assess health, safety, and environmental risks of Gol-Gohar pelletizing plant using FMEA method and Bayesian networks. To do this, totals 65 risks within three discipline as health, safety and environment in different units of the plant were identified.
