Six Sigma is a quality index that can be used throughout the organization. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the impact of Six Sigma on the failure rate and product reliability. This method introduces Six Sigma as one of the ways to reduce the failure rate or increase reliability in the manufacturing process. As one of the ways to increase product quality and reduce the failure rate (increase reliability), reduce the dispersion in the characteristics of the product, so using Six Sigma, which can reduce dispersion to be followed, Can be reduced failure rates and increased system reliability .The research also attempts to demonstrate how the six sigma affects the failure rate (reliability), if the organization is not able to implement a six-sigma, a general overview of the initial structure of the system and by knowing the quality level in the system The parallel series with several unrecoverable components, with multi-objective optimization, resulted in a failure rate (reliability), based on allocating surplus components, and reducing the failure rate, to a level of optimal quality. To solve the model of meta-heuristic algorithm NSGA-II is used.
