Hub-and-Spoke networks are one of the common networks used forrouting ommodities. In these networks Hubs, which consolidate the flow, connect flow of commodities from origins to different destinations. Initially, hub facilities were applied to find the location of telecommunication masts, though nowadays these networks are being used for traortations, post services and telecommunication systems. Though Discount factor in hub arcs is a major benefit of using hub facilities which considerably effects on the profits earned from serving commodities, it also leads to consolidating flows in hubs. Hence, extra flow entrance to these facilities causes congestion which increases handling time. Increase Handling time also causes delay in routing commodities. In this research, we are aiming to increase profit of companies and traortation industries, as well as minimizing travel time and congestion. Thus, this study focuses on designing and locating hub facilities along with assigning origins and destinations nods to hub facilities. Maximizing revenue from serving commodities by balancing dissemination flow in centralized hubs is the main purpose of this paper.
