In this work, Ni complexes using tridentate ONO Schiff base ligands with the general structure of [NiL(PR 3 )] (R = Ph, Bu) (L1)(E)-3-((2-amino-5-nitrophenylimino)methyl)benzene-1,2-)diol (L2)(E)-4-((2-amino-5-nitrophenylimino)methyl)benzene-1,3-)diol were synthesized and detected using infrared and ultraviolet-visible electron spectroscopy. Afterward, the Complex/TiO 2 nanoparticles were prepared and detected using solid state electron spectroscopy (UV-Solid), infrared spectroscopy, X-rays diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Then, the catalytic activity of the prepared catalysts in reduction of P-Nitrophenol to P-Aminophenol was investigated and followed by UV-Vis spectroscopy. At the end, the recycling capability and the increased amount of catalyst were investigated.
