This research is basically about intrepreneurship; which studies the activities and characters of those employees of an organization who contribute to the value increasing changes in an organization. The literature is rich in this context, however, there was no case studied in the country. A brief overview, with two sides, one looking into the organizations which may or may not welcome intrepreneurship, the other to the personalities ofintrepreneurs, is followed by a case study in the Isfahan University of Technology, to measure the intrepreneurship indices of IUT.
