In last centuries, Hydrogel have attracted many attentions for many applications due to their special physical and chemical properties. One of most important at 24 hrs as it starts 26% at 15 min to 83% at 24 hrs release. for cationic model, increase hydrogel caused increase release in pH=4 at 24 hrs. The best release range was belonged to matrix with 150% hydrogel as it starts 39% at 15 min to 100% at 24 hrs. In following release behavior of the sample prepared by in situ method was compared with hydrogels prepared by common methods for production Semi-I structure. The most release percent were belonged to sample prepared by in situ method. It is inferred not only drug loaded Nano hybrid hydrogel has a short and in situ production method but also it showed great release properties for anionic and cationic model.
