In Iran off the road tires are important in comparison to global mines. productivity and political issues make the importance of OTR tires in Iran's mines clearly evident. Changes in load capacity along with speed to reach production can affect the internal temperature in the tires. Increasing the internal temperature in the tire with increasing speed and load capacity in the trucks is obvious, but research on amount of overload Due to effect of ambient temperature in different seasons provide a speed limitation. Different operational conditions, changes in loading, speed and different air pressure cause the temperature of the tire. Recommenede inflation pressure from companies is reliable in normal condition and due to variations in operational conditions it is necessary to examine the relationship of the internal temperature to the appropriate internal pressure in each mine. Past studies have highlighted the importance of internal temperature in tires, wear rates, optimal wind pressure, ramp surface maintenance and trucks as issues affecting the failure of mineral tires. Case studies and monitoring of temperature, pressure, and wear rate of rubber in the Tous Fleet route have been conducted. The company is responsible for loading and hauling 14 Turks, 60 tons and 6 Komatsu 90 tons at Sangan Iron Ore Mine. According to studies on the tires of this fleet, the internal temperature is in the range of 45 to 55 degrees Celsius due to the variety of tires. The capacity of 80 tonnes and wind pressure of psi95 to psi115 due to the variety of tires in Komatsu trucks were defined as the optimum conditions and it was found that the optimal wind pressure in pneumatic tires was 120 psi. Finally, factors affecting tire failure were presented under the cause
