The increasing population trend in recent years and the loss of water resources have led to a large drop in the volume of groundwater reservoirs. Groundwater resources are one of the most important, and perhaps in most arid areas, the only source of water supply in different sectors of consumption. Therefore, proper and optimal utilization is very important. Uncontrolled harvesting has led to the loss of aquifer balance, which has caused many environmental and political problems. The Borkhar-Isfahan plain has suffered a sharp drop in groundwater level, which, in addition to environmental problems, has suffered social stress in recent years. In this study, an artificial nutrition solution has been proposed to reduce the effects of groundwater abnormal removal and has been analyzed and located on the basis of treated wastewater from the refineries of this region. The hierarchical analysis method was chosen as a tool for locating and deciding in this study. Based on ten factors, the amount of surface currents, water quality, slope, land use, proximity to groundwater resources, utilization status, erosion, permeability, Depth of groundwater and thickness aquifer for this study area was analyzed. The results obtained in the first place divided the Borkhar plain into four suitable and inappropriate Key words : Groundwater resources, Artificial recharge, AHP, wastewater, BOD, COD
