Inter-organizational collaborations strategies is a rapid and flexible way to achieving complementary resources and skills and makes sharing costs and risks, access to new markets, economic savings, prevention of entry and acquisition of knowledge and skills for organizations, so the ability to manage inter-organizational collaboration considered as a competitive advantage. In addition to manage of collaboration conducted in a systematic approach in order to achieve strategic objectives and evaluated.
