Copper-gold porphyry deposit of Dali is located 40Km the north-west of Delijan city and the access way is located between Tehran-Esfahan high way and Arak way. In order to study this copper-gold porphyry deposit, 6 borehole and 1928 lithogeochemical sample was used. Estimation method for modeling of deposit is inverse-distance (Anisotropic).By using Fractal C-V method over data which are result from estimator, delineation of mineralization zones were done and C-V fractal algorithm is applied on these models. For Cu, algorithm separated 4 zones and three threshold and for Au , algorithm separated 4 zone and three threshold too. Lithology model for deposit was designed. Base rocks of Cu-Au mineralization are Quarts-diorite porphyry. Based on ore deposit estimation results, Cu ore estimation for grade threshold 1000 ppm and 2.5 gr/ton density was 13 million tone and average grade for this threshold was 3797 ppm. Total Au ore estimation for grade threshold 0/126 ppm and 2.5 gr/ton density was 12 million and 490 thousand and average grade for this threshold was 0/487 ppm.
