ermanent Magnet Synchronous Machines in terms of structure are divided into two types, surface and interior. In surface type, magnet segments on rotor trunk surface are stuck. In interior type, these segments inside the rotor trunk are inserted.typical vector control methods of interior permanent magnet synchronous machines are mentioned and then different types of estimators witch were needed in these control methods, aspect of structure and dynamic equations required, are modeled. Since the dynamic equations used in the estimators are dependent on motor parameters, so change in each of the motor parameters is realative to their values tated on the motor plate, will affect the process of estimation operations. In the following, various factors that can change the motor parameters are investigated, then the rate and manner of the change in any of the motor parameters on the process of estimation and its effect on the motor control method are presented. For this purpose, the mathematical functions of the sensitivity of each of the estimators of the size and angle of the stator flux space phasor, electrical torque, rotor angular position, and rotor speed relative to parameters used in their estimation equations are extracted. Extracted mathematical functions for sensitivity analysis of stator flux space phasor estimator and electrical torque estimator relative to parameters used in the estimation equations, are depicted and are compared with simulation results. Also the extracted sensitivity functions of the rotor angular position and rotor speed estimator are plotted in different states and compared with simulation results.
