The supply chain planning for deteriorating product is more complicated than the other ones. In this chain the goal is to deliver the quality products in addition to improve logistics performance. In this chain the time of reaching product to retailers and also, duration and conditions of storage are very important. The most important factor. Therefore, taking into account the quality of products and temperature of chain.The coordination among production, distribution systems and inventory stored in the warehouses is a must and this is achieved by integrating the planning of the supply chain. In this research, production routing model of deteriorating products for production planning, inventory, storage temperature, routing and vehicle temperature are considered. In the model, it is possible to decide, at any time, whether the product is produced or not and then the production batchsize is determined. If the decision is to produce the product, the fixed setup cost variable cost of each product unit are also added. In addition, the batch size should not be exceeded of production capacity. By taking into account the number of vehicles, the capacity of each vehicle and routing costs the goods are deliver from plants to retailers. The quality of products does not remain constant throughout the supply chain, and the quality must be acceptable at the time it reaches the retailer, as well as at the time of reaching the final customer.The production routing problem is a Np-hard problem, and exact algorithms can not solve it in a reasonable time even for medium size one. so to solve this problem, the hybrid search algorithm of variable neighbors is designed using the mechanism of the simulation anneling algorithm.In order to evaluate the validity of the proposed algorithm, its results are compared with the results obtained from the CPLEX solver in the GAMZ software environment. Comparison of the results of the meta-meta-algorithm and the exact solution shows the efficiency of the proposed algorithm to solve this problem. As a case study, the proposed model was implemented in a manufacturing company. According to the results, the company can have a coherent program for producing, inventory Maintenance, routing and temperature of chain with the lowest cost and with the assurance of product quality.
