Network Traortation Roads as the most widespread and easy access methods of passenger and goods Displacement, are Exposure to different kind of disasters. On the one hand,Variety and expansion of disasters due to geographical situation of Iran and on the other hand depreciation of traortation infrastructures, Cause the daily increase of traortation networks Costs. So, identifing and prioritizing of disaster talented points in this networks has an important role in control and decrease the Costs of disasters in suburban traortation networks. In this thesis, According to the method which is based on Principles of Engineering Economics, will be payed to Evaluation of disaster costs in Isfahan suburban roads, identification and prioritize of disaster talented points. In this method, benefit of road immunization is calculate in the form of summation of costs which are saved by reducing waste of emergency and daily travel time, reconstruction of road and bridges and wasted fuel costs. Also bridge retrofitting and road immunization costs are the costs of prevention disaster in suburban traortation networks. For example in road accidents, Due to high economical cost of road accidents, international communities try to recognize and remove risky parameters. Since, geometry and immunization correction of accident prone points, increasing vehicles safety and improving driving culture are of these communities actions. In the field of geometry and immunization correction of accident prone points, many methods are offered that they are based on total number, type and intensity of occurred accidents instead of prorating critical points by the method which considers strategic situation and traortation parameters of the traortation network and it causes the reduction of actions efficiency. By use of the method presented in this research, accident prone points will be recognized and sorted according to their importance and priority; consequently, governments can be sure that their actions give the best results. Finally, according to calculations of benefit index, landslide, earthquake, road accident and flood are respectively the most important disasters in Isfahan suburban traortation networks.
