The purpose of this project is to evaluate the performance and economic evaluation of using a bunch of technology in the refinery section of the gas refinery. First, a hollow fiber module has been simulated in the MATLAB-Hysys communication platform, with the ability to select and confirm the non-natural effects. Then seven configurations are designed for single, double, and three-stage return flow. A homogeneous sweetening unit was implemented in a hysys-matlab download platform. Economic functions are created for economic evaluation of the process. The sweetening of the refinery's gas was evaluated by membrane, amine and combination methods. To detect the gas of the unit of sweetening in the refinery of the houses, the parallel arrangement of all the modules inside a fist stage is due to the reduction of pressure and the increase of the high pressure difference, the combinations of combined gases from the double composition and its equilibrium is more appropriate. The total annual cost of the consecutive arrangement - The atmosphere is 32% less. Adding a return flow reduces hydrocarbon losses, but imposes other costs on the unit due to increased compression costs. The research shows that the arrangement in which a fist unit is first and then the amenity unit is more appropriate. The best percentage of work done for various configurations is based on its overall annual cost of between 20% and 60%. The cost of membrane equipment is 70% higher on average and in compound compounds is 10% less than that of amine. The operating costs of immersion methods are 10 times higher than the method. It is estimated that this cost in the combined method is estimated to be 30% more than the amenity method on average. The lowest cost of the membrane method and the cost of the combined equipment is less than the amenity method. The gypsum method has the highest operational cost, in which amenity and combination methods are in the next stages. The total annual cost of escape routes in different materials is between 4 and 12 times the Amini. The total annual cost of the combined method is estimated by the amenity method. The three-stage configuration has the lowest total cost of sweetening and is 8% less than the cost of sweetening by the amenity method. The artifical method for refining gas at the refinery is not economically recommended, but combining compounds can compete with amenity. And in some designs it can replace the amenity method. In the other part, gas sweetening with Abouzar oilfield was paid using the configured designs for handfuls. Single-stage configuration without return flow is the best performing economically. The annual profit of oil sweetening with this configuration is about $ 33 million per year.
