Spinning is a chipless production method of forming axisymetrical and nonaxisymetrical metal hapes. It is a point deformatiorocess y which a metal disc or cylindrical workpiece is plastically deformed by axialandradial motion or just by axial motion of thetool. Spinningiaeconomical , efficient and versatile method. The spinning process can be classified into three basic types :shear forming , flow forming and tube spinning. In this thesis , flow forming and tube inning methods are used for producing the wanted piece.For designing the flow forming processand optimizing the tube spinning process , finite element simulation is used. Finite element method of these processes with ABAQUS software is completely described. Several theoretical and practical results which are recorded in articles and books are also described that can be used for designing these processes.
