: Since Cost of Quality (COQ) has important effects in companies costs, and managers usually encounter with different problems through its implementation in their companies, in this thesis it is tried to overcome these problem by using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach to customizing COQ models. To do this work, main COQ questions have been used to clarify this model and answer to these questions. Afterwards proposed method is explained and adjusted using some points extracting from other methods. In the end proposed method is used for a case study and outcome shows better results than the other methods. Key words:
