C-C couplig reaction is one of the most impornat reactions in organic chemistry. In this study, Dimmeric complexes of palladium with phenylalanine, has been prepared and then application of this complex in some cross- coupling reactions were investigated. In our first study, we have investigated application of dimmeric complex of paladium with phenylalanine in suzuki coupling. The substituted biaryls were produced at room temperature, using water as solvent and KOH as base. In the second part of our study, C-S coupling of different aryl halides by paladium with phenylalanine was studied. The highest catalytic activity was achived at 130 °C at dimethylacetamide as solvent and Na 2 CO 3 as base. In the third part, application of this catalytic system in cyanation reaction was investigated. The catalyst showed excellent activity in this reaction. The best catalytic activity were achived at 130 °C, DMSO as solvent and KOH as base. In the fourth and final part of our study, application of this catalytic system in the Hiyama-coupling was investigated. The best catalytic activity of this catalytic system were achived at 130 °C by microwave irradiation, DMF as solvent KOH as base. The achieved yields were good to excellent. The products were identified by their FT-IR, 13 C NMR and 1 H NMR spectra with authentic samples.
