Composite samples of polymer- bioglass were prepared using four different methods. To investigate the bioactivity of these samples they were immersed in SBF solution and IR and Raman spectra of them were recorded. While IR spectra show the bioactivity of the samples. Due to absorption of laser beam at 1064 nm by the polymers, the Raman spectra can not show the vibrational bands for the samples
