Nowadays, in modern world, which there are challenges between organizations even among countries, suffering from a non free economy, enhances to a great degree, lack of a useful strategic management system, can lead to the destruction of an organ. In order to conduct useful strategic management system two main topics, should be taken into consideration, first, compilation of strategies and then the translation of those strategies into action. Weakness in translating the strategies to action had failed the strategic management systems for the last two decade. By introducing the basics of balance scorecard, as a tool for translating the strategies into organization's workers day to day job, the strategy management systems enter a new era, and the organizations, for the first time, witnessed the results of execution their overall strategies. Balance scorecard as an advanced strategy management system, has been utilized widely in various businesses. But, the important measures at the senior manager's considerations are strategies, strategic objectives and key performance indicators weights. This research offers a model for weighting and ranking the key performance indicators based on the importance of strategies and strategic objectives according to the organization's senior managers. This model is a combination of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and TOPSIS. For the results evaluation, the proposed model has been implemented at Azin Khodro Industrial Group (in the field of automotive trim parts manufacturing) by first having balanced scorecard put into effect then ranking the key performance indicators.
