The more than 30% of earth is included arid land. Iran is in arid belt and 86% of its area is influenced drought. Stomata conductivity changes are best index for study of physiology reaction under stress condition in planets. Also chlorophyll content of leaf indicate physiologic status of plant. In the past, measurements methods of chlorophyll content is destructive. Today, with chlorophyll content instrument destructive methods are abolished. But there is a problem and this is these instruments must be calibrated foe each species. In addition to, in this research try to estimate chlorophyll content using leaf color. In the last, one factor named trairation factor at photosynthesis to compare resistance drought ability species. This factor create by divided chlorophyll content to stomata conductivity. The aim of this research is study of chlorophyll content and stomata conductivity in urbane green space and rangeland species and the effect of environmental factor on them. Chlorophyll content measured using Chlorophyll content meter CL-1 model and stomata conductivity measured with Porometer. Temperature and wind velocity recorded by portable testo 410-1. For investigation the relation between value of chlorophyll meter and chlorophyll content, the real chlorophyll content measured in extract method and using Spectrophotometry. And chlorophyll a, b and total are calculated. In digital pictures the value of each color channel are produced. In analysis used just green value and base on green value and chlorophyll content of each leaf, a regression model produce. In the green space area the most chlorophyll content belong to nerium oleander And least chlorophyll content belong to ceasalpina gilliesii In this way in rangeland species tribulus has most and tamarix has least chlorophyll content. Also Fraxinus rotundifolia has most stomata conductivity and Albizia julibrissin has least. The most stomata conductivity observed in the morning. Temperature has linear relation with stomata conductivity. On the other hand wind has two antithetical effects on this. The result in calibration of chlorophyll meter reveal chlorophyll meter for cercis siliquastrum has precision. Among the species just for five species can estimate chlorophyll content. This is because of the leaf color is not dependent to chlorophyll but dependent on other combination in plants. Trairation factor at photosynthesis show cercis siliquastrum is most resistance species but Fraxinus rotundifolia is least resistance species.
