Improvement of the predictio of runoff in the watershed data of the river discharge is limited, so rainfull-runoff models is often used. There are several models that have been used and each of them has some advantages and disadvantages. In this study for modeling SimHyd (Simple Hydrology) and AWBM (Australian Water Balance Model) models have been used. These models have been selected from complex models collection (RRL) which has written in the hydrology field. Bazoft watershed in the province Chahar Mahal Bakhtiari has been selected to study and modeling has performed by using daily rainfall, evaporation and runoff data. Providing data has accomplished by using 3stations marghak, Dezak Abad and ab Turky. Statistic period was 19 years. The sum of 224 times of calibration and validation for each model was accomplished and the best time in the simulation was determined.Analyzing the sensitivity of models has made to determine the sensitive and insensitive parameters, and also the effect of changing the parameters on the model sensitivity have been obvious. The aim of this study was to estimate the model SIMHYD and AWBM in estimate runoff in ungauged and selecting the most appropriate method to simulate the output stream. Finally, The result showed that the models are the baseflow simulation of high ability and have an acceptable match with the region and to apply it in ungauged is appropriate.
