If we take a look at the high school physics textbooks and the educationalsystem of this course, we will see that we are dealing with a system and booksthat can finally train a 19th century physicist and make students lessinterested in this course and discouraged and unmotivated. Resulting in areduction in university enrollment in engineering, basic sciences, and physics,An event that could inflict an irreparable blow on the scientific andindustrial body of the country in the future. In this dissertation, we havetried to examine the problems of education and learning in the educationalsystem in the first step and provide appropriate and practical solutions tosolve them. In the second step, we have examined the challenges of teaching andlearning physics and have offered three solutions to solve these problems: 1- Updating teaching methods and using new methods of teaching physicsusing valid internal and external sources. 2- Implementing the laboratory method (objective observation) whileteaching physics in all Iranian schools by proposing two solutions: 2-1 Using a virtual laboratory. 2-2 Designing physics experiments with simple and accessible tools. In this section, by designing 60 experiments without the least cost andonly with the equipment available in the home environment, we have tried toteach the concepts of physics in the six years of high school in the form ofobjective observation, which can be a good resource for both students andphysics teachers and will be improved the quality of their education. 3- Expressing the applications of educational concepts of textbooks indaily life in order to acquaint students more with physics, betterunderstanding of this field and creating interest and motivation for them tocontinue their studies in this field in university education.
