Besides urban and rural communities, nomadic community as the third community in the country has been introduced. It is different from two other communities because of its specific cultural and living features and according to official statistics, nomadic community is going to demolish. In this research, firs, life condition, difficulties and process of settlement of some sub tribe of Farsimadan tribe of Qashqaei ill were investigated. Second, Qasemloo sub tribe of Farsimadan tribe was recognized as a successful model for continuing migratory life. Causes of this continuity were studied using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). In order to collect data, different techniques including direct observation, livelihood analysis, and group based interview were used. So as to analysis data, matrix technique was used. Results show that the main reason for continuity of migratory life of Qasemloo household is utilization of modernity in addition to preserving values and principles of traditional life. Moreover, based on the results obtained by PRA, it is found that the most important difficulties of Qasemloo sub tribe are Drinking water shortage in winter, capturing pastures in summer, drought, unemployment, rain fed, cancer epidemic, the over grazing of the rangeland over time in summer site, the lack of way in rangeland, the lack of water source in rangeland, the lack of facilities in winter site, being of summer site’s lands. Regarding to recognition of factors which lead to continuity of migratory life of Qasemloo sub tribe, it is proposed to use these factors so as to codify a native migratory pattern and support nomadic community.
