Today, with advances in science, changes in the type of drug use have been made. In normal condition after drug use a large amount of drugs enter in the body that with after a few hours decreases. In drug delivery systems, release certain of drug and this amount of drug will constant. Candida albicans is a type of fungus pathogenic and its treatment is usually through oral administration of fluconazole. Long-term use of medication is causing side effects that so usually dissuade patients from continuing treatment works. To solve this problem, do researches in the field of treatment of this sickness by underwear contain drug. Methods such that PVA solution contains Fluconazole was electrospining on the fabric and then used for In vivo testing. Recently, surface properties and pore size of wide range of microstructures been use for drug delivery. Thus, the problems of drug delivery such as poor solubility of drug and poor bio distribution were solved. Silica aerogels are porous material that has very lowly density (0.003-0.3 g/cm3) and highly surface area (400-1200 m 2 /g). Because of the unique properties of aerogels, they have been used for drug delivery. Hitherto, researchers investigate release of drugs such as iboprofen, ketoprofen, micronazole with use aerogels. Studies show that drug loaded in hydrophilic aerogels has more solubility rather crystalline form of drug. Smirnowa and et al, loaded Ketoprofen and Griseofuluin in the silica aerogel and shown that maximum loading of drug relate on chemical structure of drug. Also, Guenther and et al, used of silica aerogel drug loaded for use skin drug delivery and shown that release and influence of drug loaded in aerogel is better than conventional form of drug. The purpose of this study is usage of PVC nanofibers and nano aerogel structure as a layer with placement on cloth or sanitary pads for controlled release of drug. Thus, the side effects of use oral medications will be reduced and process improvement to control the disease.
