Industrial demands on miniature products with high accuracy and complex shapes are increasing. For this reason various methods have been invented to produce these parts. In this research it will be shown that electro hydraulic forming can be one these methods. In this work, electro hydraulic miniature forming is successfully used to manufacture miniature parts with high accuracy. The process is investigated both theoretically and experimentally. One of the advantages of this proposed method is using a low voltage as compared with voltages usually used in conventional electro hydraulic forming processes. Electro hydraulic forming converts electrical energy stored in a capacitor bank into hydraulic pressure. Utilizing this method, parts can be formed from either a tube or a flat sheet. After the blanks are loaded into a form die, the chamber is filled with deionized water and a pair of electrodes is inserted into the work chamber. The capacitor bank is then discharged through the electrodes and between electrodes gap a spark would initiate. This produces an expanding plasma channel and a high intensity shock wave which combine to force the work piece to move towards the die. The other works that has been paid in this are design and producing of viscous pressure forming apparatus and comparing with hydro forming process and evaluation of parameters that influence in parts quality. In this research, also a on-line system have been designed and produced for measuring and determine of pressure curve in hydro forming process by acoustic signal processing method.
