Maritime traortation and shipping industry has developed dramatically recently. Thus, number of ships that are used all around the world has increased day to day. One of the most important issues in shipping industry is taking boat and ships out of water and launching in sea. One of the useful equipment in mentioned industry is mobile lifts that carrying ships.The equipment known as travel lifts or mobile boat hoist (MBH) are subset of gantry cranes.Regarding very high carrying capacity of travel lifts, and load situation (suspended load), dynamic analysis is crucial for designing. The main purpose of present study is simulating an 800-ton loaded dynamic crane considering structural deformation via ADAMS software. for preparation of deformable structure Abaqus software is used. Modeling of tire system is done based on Fiala Tire model. Using Adams model various maneuver such as direct movement, sloping surface movement, stair movement, transverse movement is simulated and hanging load and dynamic load behavior are investigated. A shock factor near 2.5 was found from dynamic modeling of the MBH movement during stepping down from 20 cm height stair. Also large amount of dynamic load was calculated for transverse movement. Furthermore, considerable oscillation range of boat in transverse movements were found huge wich may leads to high possibility collision between the MBH and the boat.ystem movement speed has a large effect on oscillation range and amplitude of dynamic loads. Thus, maximum speed should be calculated in various maneuver in design phase. Finally require steering torque were calculated by Adams wich is found in good agreement with experiment.
