Human activities in order to the success of sustainable development will affect environment, however, they cannot be restricted since vital for human survival. Human activity must accomplish human needs using environmental management tools. At the end of the twentieth century and early twenty-first century, extensive efforts by the industry has been done to achieve better economy. This kind of development that reached its peak in the last century, is definitely unstable. Problems such as erosion, desertification, deforestation, water and soil pollution, reduce excessive resources to monitor all human irrational use of land, led to community initiatives seek to dispel afford them. Identify the capabilities and potentials of the land before the establishment of the various activities is of high importance. Otherwise, efforts will be made through the features of the land and to a natural ecological constraints so as to prevent the continuation of activities. Location of industrial areas, taking into account the social, economic and environmental, is a key factor in regional planning. Suitable site to establish industry needs to coordinate economic benefits to the environment, a wide range of criteria to be considered. For this purpose, the use of multi-criteria decision-making methods is very important. Given the limitations of city in terms of development, there is a need for suitable sites for development, so be sure to evaluate the potential for development of industry in other cities reviewed. According to studies conducted, including the counties with the lowest density Nain city's industrial areas. As well as numerous mines and mineral Ghyrmdny of its strengths is in this city. In this study, ecological capability of Nain area for industrial development of multi-criteria decision-making methods Decision Tree with interested location (SMCE) and Boolean logic and also examining 15 criteria, including: slope, distance from transmission lines, gas, water and electricity, land use / cover and ... in the form of five factors namely physical factors, environment, infrastructure, facilities and social factors were used. AHP method was used to determine the weighting of criteria that slope away from the sub-weight weighing 18/0 and 013/0 respectively, the most and least important criteria. Different criteria were based on fuzzy logic and standard Boolean logic. After combining criteria and procedures SMCE Decision Tree maps available in the region and places appropriate limits, taking into account local conditions and The range is obtained using Decision Tree and SMCE 430228 15041 ha ha were obtained. Various places with respect to important factors such as wind, industrial parks, mines and cities was studied and finally 4 Groups were selected as suitable sites for the development of the industry. Key Word: Fuzy Decision Tree, Industrial Park, Industrial Park location, MCDM, Township of Nain
