The Carob moth ( Ectomielois ceratoniae ) is the key pest of Pomegranate in Iran . Because of certain problems in chemical control of this pest, the other methods of control specially biological control are of main interest. Trichogramma wa are one of the biological control agents in Pomegranate orchards. Two populations of Trichogramma wa were collected from Pomegranate orchards of Saveh and Yazd provinces. These wa were identified as Trichogramma brassicae Bezd.(Hym.:Trichogrammatidae). Temperature and relative humidity play an important role to the biological and behavioral characteristics of the biological control agents. In this study biological and quality attributes of these two populations of T. brassicae including developmental time, rate of parasitism, emergence rate of adult, progeny sex ratio and percentage of abnormality were evaluated on facitious at three constant temperatures 20, 25 and 30?C(Maximum about ±1?C), 60±5% RH and 16:8(L:D) h photoperiod and two conditions of feeding with 20% honey/ water and non feeding. The collected data were subjected to ANOVA and means were compared by DUNCAN test. In this study , also fertility life table parameters were stimated for these two populations Since according to the highest value of r m , 30?C was determined as optimum temperature, its effect to biological attributes was estimated at three humidities(45±5%, 65±5% and 85±5%).The longevity decreased at higher temperatures and varied between 7.31 and 20.93 day. The highest rate of parasitism was at 20?C but there was no significant difference with 25?C. Emergence rate was highest at 20 and 25 ?C. Female abnormality in these populations was less than 1%. The comparasion of intrinsic rate of natural increase(r m ) indicated that it had the highest value at 30 ?C, 60% RH and feeding condition, and the value of r m was higher in Saveh population from Yazd population. The feeding had a positive effect on fertility life table parameters. In studies on effect of humidity at 30 ?C the results indicated that the highest parasitism was at 65% RH too. Longevity of females was highest at 65% RH. Emergence rate was optimum at 85% RH. Sex ratio had the highest rate at 65% and 85% RH. 45% relative humidity had a negative effect on all biological parameters.Between three relative humidity treatments at 30?C the highest value of r m was at 65%RH and in Yazd population.
