The presence of residual insecticide imidacloprid with trade name Confidor (one of the most widely used insecticide in greenhouse cultivation) and kresoxim methyl fungicide with brand name Stroby (a common fungicides groups that have a protective effect) in strawberry fruit, in greenhouse cultivation were studied. Also in this study, the effect of washing, process of making jams and storage at 4° C , on reductio of residues imidacloprid and kresoxim methyl were examined. Strawberry plants were sprayed with 1 per thousand solution of imidacloprid and 0.5 per thousand of kresoxim methyl. Sampling from plants was done two hours 1, 3, 5, 7 days and two hours 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days after imidacloprid and kresoxim methyl sperying. Pesticide residue was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet detection (UV) that for sample preparation QuEChERS method wase used. In two kinetic models, “first-order and bi-exponential” data were stimated. The results showed that first-order model is the best model for description of pesticide reduction in both of greenhouse and storage conditions. The best model to describe the decreasing trend kresoxim methyl and imidacloprid in both greenhouse and storage at model results showed that both Pesticides follow a decreasing trend in times. The results showed that both pesticide follow a reduction trend in time, the amount of kresoxim methyl after a perhervest interval of 7 days was 0.87 and in storage for 12 days at 4 ° C it decreased to 0.83 mg kg, that it is more than the amount of MRL (.02 mg kg) determined by Codex. imidacloprid Residue has received to minimum 0.64 mg kg after Currency period of 7 days , and after 12 days period of storage in 4 ° C it has received to 1.97 mg per kg which i more than MRL (0.5 mg kg) determined by Codex. Because of washing the amount of kresoxim methyl and imidacloprid have reduced respectively to 2.77 and 1.20 mg kg. And after jam making imidacloprid amount reached to undetectable amount and kresoxim methyl was reduced to 0.085 mg kg. According to this research, washing and jam making process had greatest effect on kresoxim methyl and imidacloprid residue reduction. In other side storage at 4 ° had less effect than to earlier treatments. Keywords: Residual kresoxim methyl, residual imidacloprid, strawberries greenhouse, high performance liquid chromatography.
