The study was to investigate the effects of the use of lactoferrin and spirulina algae on growth parameters, some reproductive and immune indices in Zobra fish ( Danio rerio ). In the present study, D. rerio immature fish were fed with Spirulina algae and lactoferrin (0, 10% by weight of food Spirulina algae, 400 mg lactoferrin per kg of food, spirulina algae and lactoferrin combination) for three weeks. The results showed that growth indices (SGR, CF and FCR) in lactoferrin + Spirulina algae had a significant difference with other dietary treatments (P 0.05). the total protein content of fish carcasses was significant. This difference was lower in lactoferrin + Spirulina alga treatment than in other dietary treatments, but in lysozyme, the lowest was observed in control group (P 0.05). However, no significant difference was found between albumin and globulin (P 0.05). Overall, the results showed that the diet containing lactoferrin+ Spirulina alga powder had a positive effect on some of the reproductive indices and was recommended as a dietary supplement in the diet of this fish. In the breeders who managed to spawn, Reproductive indices (work fecundity, relative fecuntity, percentage of fertilization and hatching percentage) were highest in treatment lactoferrin+ Spirulina alga powder. Egg diameter, egg weight, larval weight and survival rate of larvae were also observed in the combined lactoferrin and algal Spirulina powder fed diet, but the weight of larvae was highest in treatment with Spirulina alga powder. In the breeders who have not grown, gonadosomatic index and relative fecuntity increased in lactoferrin fed diet and showed a significant increase (P 0.05). The total number of oocytes in the treatments showed a significant difference in the highest amount was in lactoferrin+algae Spirulina (P 0.05).
