After introducing the concept of self-organizing systems, we have reviewed the concept historically and qualitatively and discussed its development and evolution in the different area of science, discussed the similarity of epilepsy seizures, earthquake, financial crashes and also about the structure of brain network. We investigated the effect of hubs in Abelian Sandpile model. We saw with adding a hub to the network the PDF had changed, we detect dragon-kings in the distribution that it appears as a bump in the tail of distribution. It can be considered as a sign of increasing coupling and happening of synchronization in the model. It is just as a result of changing the structure of the network. We think that it can change the boundaries of synchronization, self-organizing criticality and dragon-kings. Synchronization has a great importance in the function of the brain. We suggest that synchronization can emerge from the structure of the network of a self-organizing system, and it is enough to enforce the system to act synchronized.
