Nowadays, using electric vehicles is increasing. Electric vehicles have energy savers and can be used as energy savers in addition to the load. The capacity of transferring energy from the vehicle to the grid is called V2G that may be used for storing renewable energies and applying in the electricity market. At the present, V2G infrastructures are not available. The capacity of transferring energy from the vehicle to a building is called V2B that may be a suitable replacement for the V2G. The first applied system of V2B has been made by Nissan Company. V2B can reduce the consumed energy of a building and has economic advantages. In addition to the economic advantages of V2B, it can reduce the life of battery. When calculating the benefit of V2B, the reduced life of battery, the efficiency of battery and charge efficiency should be considered. In Japan, fast charge stations are designed and built according to CHAdeMO standard. Regarding lots of CHAdeMO charge stations and support of big EV-making companies, it is predicted that in the future CHAdeMO would be regarded as a general standard of electrical cars. In the present time, CHAdeMO charge stations are used as uni-directional and only for charging the electric vehicles. If these stations are built as bi-directional, they can produce or consume reactive power in addition to active power. Since the rate of consumed reactive power of the buildings is low, these stations are able to inject reactive power to the grid. In the first section of this research, one charge station is designed according to CHAdeMO standard that is able to inject not only the active power to the building but also the reactive power to the grid. Then, the capability of the station in improving voltage profile and injecting reactive power to the distribution network are studied. In the following, V2B system of Nissan is studied and the maximum profit resulted from V2B with respect to the habit of driving in Japan, the limits of decreased battery life, efficiency of battery, and efficiency of charge are calculated. In this research, reduced battery life has been studied regarding the reuse of old battery. Key words: Charge station design, Electric vehicles ,V2G, V2B, CHAdeMO
