Iran by main sources of oil and gas ranked in second place between OPEC members in producing oil and all the processes in exploration, extraction, production and utilization have many negative effects on environment and health, so one of the managing element in similar projects is improving safety coefficient, declining environmental damages with considering to safe ambient and healthy environment.
