Rock Parameters are Devided In Two Categories Of In Situe And Laboratory Test.Depended on The Type of Loading They Are Categorized In To Dynamic And Static Type. OtherThan Statics Load Are Also Important Therefor its Necessary To Consider Dynamics Parameters As Well As Static Parameters. Among The Most Important Rock Mass Parameters Are Deformation Modulus Can be Mentioned. Static And Dynamic Deformation Modulus Are Used To Measured The Amount Of Displacement In Static And Dynamic Load. Dynamic Rock Mass Deformation Modulus Determination Through Of Large Scale Goephysics Tests Such as Tomography and Petit seismic. But Since These Tests Are Time Consider And Expensive And They Coudnt Be Done In All Of The Projects We Can Use Indirect Methode Like GSI and Laboratory Tests To Estimated it. Since GSI Measurement And Laboratory Test Can Be Easily Done, In These Project We Extract Data Frome Five Dam Progect To Detemination Dynamic Deformation Modulus Of Rock Mass Trought Laboratory Tests And For These Purpose Three Methodes of Regression, ANN and SVR Are Used. Based on the Result Of Three Methods It Became Clear That SVR Gives The Best Result Frome The Point Of R 2 and RMSE. Also Regression Show That Whit And Apropriate Estimation We Can Determined Dynamic Deformation Modulus Of Rock Mass Using GSI and laboratory test. Finaly trought Regression Some Relation In Order To Determination Dynamic Deformation Modulus of Rock Mass Using GSI and Laboratory test.
