The aim of this study was to evaluate the short-term storage of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss unfertilized eggs in different storage madia. The fish oocytes were stored at refrigerated temperature (4 °C) for 1, 4, and 7 days at ovarian fluid, Cortland buffered with Hepes and/or Tris-HCl buffer. The wet and dry weights and diameter of the ovum were determined and showed storage duration had no significant effects on the wet and dry weights while had significant effect on egg diameter.Total protein, results showed that protein content decreased significantly by storage time aspartate aminotransferase and pH were measured in the storage media. The increase, and the decrease was more noticeable in ovarian fluid. Aspartate the other media. The pH decreased with increasing storage duration in all media. aminotransferase enzyme was increased in the coelomic fluid while decreased in The activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, GPX and MDA) and vitamin C were Hepes media. Vitamin C levels decreased with increasing storage time and a significant measured in the eyed eggs produced from ovum which were kept for one and seven days. The results showed increasing in antioxidant enzymes levels in all IgM, ACH 50 and total protein) were measured in the eyed eggs, which showed treatments by increasing storage duration; the increase was greater in the reduction was observed in Hepes media. The immune parameter levels (lysozyme, elevation in all treatments with increasing storage time and the highest elevation was measured in the Hepes media. In general, the survival rates till eyed and kept under Hepes media. hatching stages showed that the best results were obtained when the ovum were Keywords: Cortland media, Antioxidant indices, Immuno parameters, Rainbow trout
