Although the green revolution increased yields per unit area, but it raised global concerns about the effects of some agricultural activities such as the use of antibiotics in poultry farming on human health and the environment. As a result, has been created the global crisis in ecological, technical, economic, social and food security. Reducing and adjustment these environmental crises and maintaining food safety has become one of the challenges facing mankind in the current era. International communities have focused on these issues to achive in sustainable development in agriculture to deal with the problems and the health of agricultural produce, creating new attitudes towards sustainable and sustainable exploitation of natural resources. Therefore, it is seem necessary to encouraging the producers to produce healthy poultry. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors effecting the of poultry decision making in Isfahan and Shahin-Shahr counties to production of healthy poultry (with emphasis on the attitude role). The statistical society of this research is poultry farmers in Isfahan and Shahin-Shahr counties. The sample size was determined using Cochran formula and by use of random sampling method 110 poultry farmer were determined, as the sample population. The research method was descriptive-survey method and the tool of this research was questionnaire. The results of correlation test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between variables of economic factors, government support and attitude toward healthy poultry product. Regarding these variables said using regression analysis, the variables of consumer health, environmental health, chicken health, government support, group media and type of poultry saloon, were determined and explained about 83.5% of the change the attitude of the poultry farmer to produce of healthy crop production. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model has a perfect fit was confirmed. Also, the results of this significant analysis confirmed the relationships between attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control variables with the intention variable. The subjective norm variable is most important in explaining the intention of the producers decision making to production of without antibiotic poultry.
