Recently with science developing in very small scales, quantum traort in mesoscopic systems has been attracted attentions. The underlying point is that the number of freedom degrees of the system can play an important role in traort. So maybe the effect of decoherence in these systems is essential for traort analysis. At first glance it seems that decoherence has a negative effect on electronic traort because it weakens occurred resonances by producing antiresonances. Nevertheless, decoherence has an important influence on traort because in addition attenuation of resonances, it is able to eliminate destructinve interferences and thus increase the traort. Polymers are such materials that are studied in this field that after dedication of Nobel prize to conductive polymers field in 2000, efforts increased to investigate the traort of these materials. In this work decoherent effect on traort has been studied on one-site system by analytical calculations and simulations.
